Activities
Eight activities.
One timetable.
An activity is not a category on a dropdown. A kart heat, a laser game and an escape room reset behave nothing alike, so each one carries its own interval, capacity and rules while sitting on the same board.
Karting
Heats, grids and race control
Sessions built from stages, transponders mapped to karts, live timing on the wall and results printed before the drivers are out of the helmets.
- Grid clearance before arming
- Points and series standings
- Kart fleet and maintenance
Laser tag
Arenas, briefings and turnaround
Game length, briefing time and vest count per arena, so the board never sells a game the marshals cannot brief in time.
- Capacity per arena
- Briefing built into the session
- Back to back games without a gap
Bowling
Lanes sold by the hour or the game
Lanes are resources like anything else. Sell a block of lanes to a league or a single lane to a walk in, with shoes and food attached.
- Lane blocks for groups
- League and social nights
- Food attached to the lane
Mini golf
Tee off intervals that keep the course flowing
Start intervals control how many players enter the course, so hole one never backs up on a wet Sunday.
- Interval based tee offs
- Group splitting
- Round length in the itinerary
Escape rooms
Rooms, resets and game masters
Each room has its own run time and reset window. The grid holds the reset so the next booking is not sold into a room still being put back together.
- Reset time protected
- Room specific capacity
- Game master assignment
Trampoline
Timed jump sessions and socks
Sell jump time in blocks, count against arena capacity, and attach grip socks as a line on the sale.
- Rolling entry sessions
- Age split sessions
- Add ons at the counter
Arcade
Cards, credits and top ups
Sell credit at the counter or online as part of a package, and see arcade takings next to everything else at cash up.
- Credit as a product
- Bundled into packages
- In the same reconciliation
Axe throwing
Targets, coaches and waivers that matter
Waivers are not optional here. Every thrower is signed and checked before the booking can be started at the counter.
- Waiver enforced per thrower
- Coach per target block
- Session length per lane
Combos
The visit, not the ticket.
Most of your money is in the second activity. Chain karting, laser tag and food into one booking and the engine orders it against real availability, then hands the guest an itinerary with times on it.
Ordered to fit
If the arena is full at two, the combo starts on the track instead and the room slides to match.
Priced as a package
One price for the visit, with age group pricing applied per guest inside it.
Split when it should be
Booking rules can keep a group of nine year olds off the same grid as adults, or warn and let the manager decide.
