Apps
The building
is part of the software.
A venue is not a web page. There are receipt printers on a network, a decoder under the track, a light tower over the grid and six screens on the walls. These are the apps that reach them.
How it all connects
One centre, everything in sync.
Hardware, on the venue machine
Venubridge
Printers, kart timing decoders, light towers and smart switches all talk to one small app that sits on a PC in the office. It keeps timing local, so a race carries on when the internet does not.
Screens around the building
Venucast
Result slides, fastest lap boards, next up and your own promotions on any screen with a browser. Slides are scheduled, so the same television sells a party package between heats.
Self serve at the door
Venukiosk
Walk ins pick an activity, sign the waiver and pay without queueing at the counter. The booking lands on the same board as everything else.
Staff terminals
Venuboost Desktop
The manager and the point of sale in a dedicated window, so a staff terminal is not a browser with fifteen other tabs open on it.
Venubridge
Hardware that stays working
Install it once on the venue PC. It finds printers on the network, connects to the timing decoder, drives the light tower and can cut kart speed under a caution flag. There is a master switch and a switch on every device, so a printer being serviced does not stop the rest of the night.
- Receipt printing straight to LAN printers, no dialog boxes
- Transponder decoders over TCP, with a scan to find them
- Light tower and kart speed driven by the race flag
- Runs on start up, sits in the tray, keeps a local log of every lap
- Counter printerconnected
- Timing decoderconnected
- Light towergreen

- Result and fastest lap slides straight from race control
- Next up so groups know when to move
- Your own promotion slides between the live ones
- Any screen with a browser, no extra box

Messages that sound like your venue
Segment on what people actually did, not on a mailing list they were dropped into. Ten pin regulars who have not been in for a while, party parents from last winter, drivers within a second of the track record. Then write to them in email or SMS with your brand on it, not ours.
- Segments built from bookings, activities and spend
- Email and SMS templates in your venue brand
- Guest language respected on every outbound message
- Unsubscribes and suppression handled properly
- Karting, visited twice, not seen in 90 days
- Party bookers, last 12 months
- Waiver signed, never booked
